Customer Service AdministratorMilton Keynes – Fully Office BasedOngoing TemporaryFull Time£25,800 per annum

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a role where you can make a difference? Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team in this fully office-based role in Milton Keynes. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries over the phone and email. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer. This role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis.

Customer Service Administrator – What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
  • Logging customer enquiry details accurately into the system.
  • Keeping customers fully updated.
  • Supporting your colleagues and adapting to the team’s workload when needed.
  • Working in line with agreed processes, KPIs, and service standards.

Customer Service Administrator – What we’re looking for:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year, ideally telephone-based).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with IT systems.
  • A positive team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
