Overview

Salary: Grade 4, Point 10 £25,800 Full Time, Actual Salary £22,163 per annum

Contract: Full Time, Part Year, Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

Location: Corby Business Academy

Responsibilities

  • Manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour strategies.
  • Demonstrate resilience in high‑pressure situations.
  • Support students when they are not at their best, using excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Act as an integral part in students’ lives at Corby Business Academy.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or raising children.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patient and confident.
  • Committed individual able to support students in challenging situations.
