Employment Specialist: Create Pathways to Work & Inclusion

Palladium is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals facing barriers to employment in Newport. The role involves promoting customers to employers, creating personalized action plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer success in the workplace.

Applicants should have a university degree or related experience, along with a passion for helping others. Travel across the Isle of Wight is expected. This position is grounded in the Connect to Work programme, part of the UK’s initiative for inclusive employment.
