People Operations & Recruitment Coordinator

Wake The Tiger in Bristol is looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Assistant to support the Head of People. In this role, you’ll manage HR systems, assist in recruiting efforts, and ensure compliance with documentation processes. This is a fixed-term full-time position from ASAP to December 2026, with potential to become permanent.

The ideal candidate has previous HR experience, strong organisational skills, and a passion for improving people operations.
