Are you an inspiring housing leader who wants to make a lasting difference for tenants and communities? Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a new Head of Housing Management to lead high-quality tenancy, neighbourhood and community safety services in a role with real scope to influence and improve how we work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service with a strong track record and a clear ambition to achieve even more for tenants.
We are looking for someone who sees strong performance as a foundation for continuous improvement, welcomes constructive challenge and is motivated by the opportunity to shape future services. In this leadership role, you will provide visible direction across housing management, estates, retirement living, neighbourhood services and tenancy services. You will lead talented teams, strengthen partnerships and ensure services are responsive, safe and tenant-centric. You will also play a key role in driving service improvement, embedding effective ways of working and helping us build a modern, future-ready service.
To thrive in this role, you will be:
- A credible, values‑led housing professional with senior‑level experience in tenancy, neighbourhood or community safety services.
- A collaborative leader who can inspire teams, build strong partnerships and keep tenants at the centre of decision‑making.
- Comfortable leading through change and confident in embedding service improvements.
- A strategic thinker with the drive to improve performance, strengthen service quality and deliver meaningful outcomes for tenants.
If you are motivated by the opportunity to lead high‑performing services, drive improvement and make a lasting impact for tenants and communities, we would love to hear from you.
