We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of School to lead a specialist SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Wolverhampton on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs can thrive.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the school
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Support and develop staff
- Promote a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
- QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Leadership experience within a school or AP setting
- Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and behaviour support
- Passionate, resilient, and student-focused
