Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in generating and developing business opportunities for cloud-based solutions. Your primary focus will be building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business clients.
You will communicate with decision-makers via phone and email, understand their business needs, and introduce them to cloud solutions that can help improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
This role focuses on lead generation, prospecting, upselling, retention, and client engagement rather than closing final contracts.

You will help businesses understand and adopt cloud solutions including:
- Cloud Storage – secure storage for files, documents, videos, and business data
- Computing Power – scalable computing resources for demanding applications
- Databases – efficient data storage and management solutions
- Machine Learning Tools – AI-powered technologies including image recognition and language processing
- Networking Solutions – systems that ensure smooth communication between applications and services
These solutions help businesses build, deploy, and scale applications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB market
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls and emails
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Engage decision-makers and understand client business needs
- Present cloud products, upgrades, and service benefits
- Support upselling, retention, and renewal activities
- Educate clients on cloud technologies and available solutions
- Update and manage customer interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer engagement strategies
Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven professionals who are confident communicators and eager to grow in the tech industry.
Language Requirements
- Italian: C1 level minimum (Native preferred)
- English: C1 Business English level
Experience
- Previous experience in:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Customer Service
- Lead Generation
- Account Management is highly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive and confident communication style

- Good PC and internet navigation skills
- Understanding of cloud services and online technologies
