French speaking Client Relationship ExecutiveLocation: Poole – Office-basedSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumRef: 5522F
Main duties:To develop and maintain relationships with French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role:– Manage and grow a portfolio of French customers.– Respond to customer queries and sales opportunities via email and phone.– Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and potential customers.– Promote the company’s products and solutions with a consultative approach.– Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support.– Achieve sales, profitability, and service targets while maintaining accurate data within the CRM system.– Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Candidate’s Profile
– Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).– Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within a B2B or call centre environment.– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach.– Good organisation, analytical, and IT skills (including CRM experience).– Based within commuting distance to Poole
