This 360 opportunity offers an ASAP all over Angus.
The Role
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across your market
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer stage
- Work closely with a supportive sales floor team and report into senior management
- Use CRM systems, outbound sales activity, and candidate databases to drive results.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, or a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with outbound calls, business development, and account management
- Organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Experience using CRM systems is beneficial, but training can be provided
