About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Intern to support the CEO Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive‑level initiatives, cross‑functional projects, and strategic priorities across the organisation.
The intern will play a key role in supporting the coordination, governance, and delivery of projects sponsored by the CEO Office, while developing core project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager and Head of Governance in coordinating projects and initiatives led by the CEO Office
- Assist with project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Track actions and decisions across executive‑level projects
- Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support governance processes, including maintaining project documentation and logs
- Liaise with teams across the organisation to gather updates and support delivery of actions
- Assist with ad‑hoc analysis, research, and special initiatives as required by the CEO Office
- Support the Business Manager and Head of Governance in coordinating projects and initiatives led by the CEO Office (inc. Risk Transformation Programme)
- AI readiness – Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Will Bring
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- Professional maturity and discretion when working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project tools is an advantage
