About this role
Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or purchased as stand‑alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue‑generating activities, resulting in increased CAS sales and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships within territory.
- Conduct Account Planning sessions with the account team.
- Work with ticketholders to align them to the proper conference based on their role and initiatives, help them register, and plan their conference agenda.
- During ticketholder conversations, uncover potential upsell opportunities and request referrals to forward on to the CAS.
- CRP associates will be primarily measured on the level of increased ticket utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–4 years of business experience, or entry‑level with strong internship experience.
- Experience working with senior‑level executives preferred.
