About the Role

Senior Product Manager focused on strategic business development and customer relationship management for the Pharma Solutions Team. Bridge the gap between market needs and product strategy, identify growth opportunities, translate customer insights into product improvements, and foster long‑term partnerships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

Market & Business Development (Product‑Led)

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop business cases and growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies and product launches
  • Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development
  • Identify strategic partnerships that enhance product adoption and ecosystem growth

Customer Relationship & Strategic Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Act as the interface between customers and the product team
  • Deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements, including AI‑powered insights
  • Conduct regular business and performance reviews with strategic accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new use cases, additional solutions, upselling aligned with product value)
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Market‑oriented thinking; knowledge of AI impact in Pharma workflows
  • Customer‑centric mindset; strategic relationship management
  • Product understanding & value articulation
  • Analytical and structured working style; cross‑functional collaboration
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
  • Significant demonstrable skills in business development, product or strategic account management
  • Product Management skills and understanding of product‑driven organizations
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Ability to translate customer needs into structured business and product insights in a fast‑moving AI world
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of latest AI developments
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15% annually)

  • US Annualized Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (eligible for an annual performance‑related bonus plan)
