Our client is looking for a Talent Development Specialist as part of an IT Graduate Trainee Program in London with Global Financial Markets/Trading focus. Initial 9-month graduate contract offering three rotations with potential for a permanent contract at program end.

What we are looking for
- Degree (BSc, MSc) in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cyber Security or similar.
- Interest in Python and AI.
- A strong interest in technology demonstrated through work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies. Examples may include an internship in a technology role or technology-focused university projects.
