Support transformation initiatives, portfolio optimisation and long‑range real‑estate planning to align the portfolio with evolving business needs.
Project Execution & Performance Management: Oversee project execution across the region, ensuring adherence to approved scope, cost, schedule and quality standards. Apply standardised delivery models and best practices while adapting execution to local market realities. Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, including regulatory delays, stakeholder constraints and market volatility.
Strategic Space & Site Delivery: Deliver strategic space planning, workplace and site initiatives aligned to global workplace and design standards. Support site changes, relocations, expansions and consolidations, including coordination with FM and Property Services for operational readiness. Manage hand‑offs from project delivery to ongoing operations.
Compliance & Governance Adherence: Ensure all regional activities comply with global RE governance, approval thresholds and internal controls. Navigate and manage local regulatory, labour and consultation requirements, including Works Councils where applicable. Act as the regional escalation point for compliance, execution risk and delivery challenges. Deliver projects and services in compliance with applicable safety, quality, regulatory and company standards; partner with EHSS to embed safe execution.
