What you’ll do

As a Liquidity Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for solutioning the Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration (GLCC) product set clients across the UK, Europe and Middle East & Africa.

  • Providing structuring expertise across GLCC products, including notional pooling, physical pooling, virtual accounts, and interest reallocation solutions.
  • Leading the solutioning of complex client liquidity structures across multiple regions, with overall accountability for this pillar across all client segments (Corporate, Financial Institutions, Payment Intermediaries, FinTechs, Public Sector).
  • Leading the resolution of complex product requirements raised by existing clients using GLCC products, ensuring a superior client experience to enable client satisfaction and retention.
  • Supporting key LMS growth initiatives by working with product and sales partners to harness and position GLCC solutions.
  • Engaging directly with clients and sales partners to explain complex solution concepts and the options available to achieve our client’s objectives.
  • Managing the pipeline to holistically track client activities and the execution of commercialization activities within the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business.
  • Partnering with LMS Product leads to dimension solutions across various products and collaborating with counterpart regional Solutioning teams on global structures.
  • Positioning LMS capabilities digitally to meet sales needs (e.g., through Teams/SharePoint, training videos, etc.).

What we need from you

  • Significant relevant banking experience, with several years of Liquidity Management experience preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with relevant clients (Corporates, Financial Institutions, Payment Intermediaries, FinTechs, Public Sector).
  • Liquidity Product experiences including Physical and Notional Pooling.
  • Experience operating in a global and matrixed dynamic environment, including managing stakeholders from cross‑functional areas.
  • A strategic thinker who is highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to work in a systematic manner and take ownership.
  • A highly motivated self‑starter with strong customer focus and experience in senior client engagements.
  • Exceptional organization, process management, and superior interpretive and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
