Senior Finance Lead – Growth SME, Path to CFO

Acuity Associates is conducting a search for a Head of Finance in Hertfordshire. This senior role allows for direct ownership of financial control and reporting, with clear progression to Finance Director or CFO within 18–24 months.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant experienced in project-led or contract-led environments. Responsibilities include leading the finance function, enhancing visibility of project profitability, and supporting commercial decisions.

On-site work is expected, along with some flexibility once established.
