Salaried General Practitioner (GP)

Job Summary

Grafton Medical Partners are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our practice based in Tooting, South London. The role supports daily operations as part of the GP team and delivers high quality patient care to a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the practice as part of the GP team.
• Conduct face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide patient‑centred care.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions, prescribe safely, and refer to appropriate services when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical correspondence and records in line with GMC Code of Practice.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Support QOF achievement and contribute to practice development initiatives and ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience as a General Practitioner or similar primary care role.
• Experience using EMIS clinical system.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient care across nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice environments and home care services.
• UK professional registration.

Additional Information

Salary is dependent on experience. The position is a permanent contract, available for full‑time and part‑time working patterns. The post requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
