Education & Player Care Lead

EFL is looking for a Head of Player Care and Education responsible for managing the education and experience of players in the Academy at Bradford City Football Club. This role involves ensuring compliance with educational standards, producing academic reports, and supporting player mental health.

The ideal candidate will have either a Bachelor of Education (BED) or a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), and relevant safeguarding qualifications. This position plays a key role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the academy.
