Global S/4HANA Training Lead – Strategy & Enablement

AstraZeneca is seeking a Head of Training for their Global S/4HANA Programme based in Luton. This role will lead the training strategy and execution across all programme phases. Responsibilities include curriculum design, content development, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in role-based training design, familiarity with SAP process domains, and the ability to apply AI in learning. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
