Site Manager

Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and mixed-use developments across Leeds and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
• Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
• Coordinate project schedules and site logistics
• Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
• Monitor quality control and project progress
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and senior leadership
• Maintain site documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in commercial or residential construction
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation
• Full UK driving licence
