Our client is a quality-focused business with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke homes and premium residential schemes with exceptional attention to detail, high specification finishes and thoughtfully designed living spaces.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion and handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining the high standards of quality, presentation and health & safety expected across all developments.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
  • Managing health & safety procedures and site compliance

  • Conducting snagging and ensuring a high-quality finish throughout

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience working for a luxury or high-spec residential housebuilder
  • Strong timber frame construction experience
  • Experience delivering bespoke or premium residential developments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
  • A proactive and hands-on management approach

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing business that takes genuine pride in the quality of its developments and offers long-term career progression within a supportive environment.
