Responsibilities
- Carrying out statutory assessments and child protection enquiries
- Building relationships with children, families and partners
- Creating clear, effective plans that make a real difference
- Supporting families to create safer, more stable futures
- Working within a pod structure with strong team support and shared responsibility during duty weeks

Qualifications
- A social work qualification and Social Work England registration
- A strong, child-centred approach
- Ability to build trust with families in difficult situations
- Confidence in assessment, planning and decision-making
- Fluency in English (required for Part 7 of Immigration Act)
