Role Description
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will work directly with the centre leadership to learn how to run and scale a business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across:
- Marketing – implementing marketing strategies to drive sales enquires.
- Sales & Growth – converting enquiries into customers.
- Operations – running day to day centre operations and implementing systems & processes to maintain centre excellence as student numbers increase.
- Finance & Metrics – understanding KPIs, Revenue, and Profitability
- Team Leadership – recruiting, training, and motivating instructors.
Over time, you’ll be trained to take ownership of centre performance as the business scales. Career path to Centre Manager in 9 – 12 months.
