Position: Loss Prevention Associate (Retail)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Start Date: August 2026

Flexibility: Full flexibility required (Monday to Sunday)

Salary: Starting rate of £14.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Theft Prevention – Monitor and detect suspicious activity, deter shoplifting, and process shoplifters in line with company protocol and UK law.
• Safety Monitoring – Ensure a safe environment for customers and staff by reporting hazards.
• Sales & Inventory Accuracy – Support accurate stock inventory and help identify discrepancies.
• Incident Reporting – Document and report security incidents, including accidents and thefts, according to company guidelines.
• Investigations – Investigate potential violations of company policy or procedures by staff, ensuring fair and confidential handling.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with store teams and management to promote a loss‑aware culture and educate team members on stock loss reduction and safety awareness.
