Investment Associate – Private Equity

I’m currently working with a reputable Private Equity fund based in London looking to hire an Investment Associate to join their team. The role will focus on investments across the technology , consumer and services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across the UK and Europe
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO, valuation, and sensitivity analysis
• Conduct due diligence across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and transaction documentation
• Work closely with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives and strategic projects
• Support market mapping and origination efforts across target sectors

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience within Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Strong transaction experience across consumer, services, or technology sectors
• Top-tier academic background
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (LBO modelling essential)
• Prior experience at a leading Investment Bank and/or Private Equity platform preferred
• Strong communication and attention to detail
