Responsibilities
- Deliver long-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts
- Produce high-quality management accounts, forecasts and insightful variance analysis
- Partner with budget holders to strengthen financial understanding and support decision-making
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving actions, and support effective responses
- Advise on business cases and the financial impact of key decisions
- Communicate clear, accessible financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
Qualifications
- Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or part-qualified with significant relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends
- Experience producing high-quality management accounts and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of audiences
- Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
