Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Resourcing / People Partners to deliver against client objectives
- Build deep knowledge of client organisations, aligning recruitment strategies to their goals
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing service enhancements
- Collaborate across Reed brands to deliver innovative, value‑adding solutions
- Own commercial performance, ensuring delivery meets financial targets
- Monitor contracts to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, offering expert advice and insight
- Share best practice across the wider account management community
- Champion social value initiatives to deepen client partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing MSP and/or RPO programmes end‑to‑end
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
- Commercially focused, with the ability to spot and drive opportunities
- Confident influencer, experienced in senior stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice
- Data‑driven approach to decision‑making and reporting
- Adaptable, solutions‑focused, and confident presenting to stakeholders
