Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Manchester, 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Fast-growing PE-backed law firm, up to £40K.

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to support a significant phase of marketing and CRM development across a fast-growing PE-backed law firm.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys owning systems, improving processes, and delivering measurable marketing activity within a fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll play a central role in the evolution of our HubSpot ecosystem while supporting digital campaigns, reporting, and online visibility initiatives.

You’ll be joining a lean, experienced team where initiative, commercial thinking, and accountability are highly valued.

The Role

CRM & HubSpot Ownership

  • Lead the structured rollout of HubSpot across multiple businesses with differing levels of CRM maturity
  • Configure, maintain, and refine workflows that support marketing and business development activity
  • Oversee the implementation of a key CRM integration project alongside an external technology partner
  • Produce meaningful reporting dashboards focused on lead generation, engagement, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness
  • Encourage adoption of HubSpot internally by supporting teams with onboarding, training, and best practice usage

Digital Campaign Delivery

  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns from planning through to analysis
  • Coordinate marketing activity across several business functions and timelines
  • Monitor and improve data integrity, segmentation, and audience management within the CRM
  • Contribute to wider digital activity including content promotion and social engagement

Wider Marketing Contribution

  • Provide hands-on support across broader marketing and business development initiatives where required

About You

  • Strong practical experience using HubSpot as a core marketing and CRM platform
  • Confident managing digital campaign activity across email and online channels
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimisation techniques
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail, particularly when working with campaign data and reporting
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

  • Previous experience within professional services or another B2B sector
  • Exposure to CRM implementation or integration programmes
  • Experience briefing or managing third-party agencies
  • HubSpot accreditations or certifications
