We are working with an exciting high growth start-up within the entertainment and games space that are looking for a Marketing Associate to accelerate their partner marketing strategy, working with affiliates and influencers to drive viral viewership. Your Responsibilities
Leading regional partnership marketing initiatives
- Take ownership of partnership marketing activity across a designated region, including affiliate, influencer and creator collaborations.
- Develop and execute strategies designed to maximise social reach, audience engagement and commercial performance.
- Work closely with internal ecommerce and marketplace teams to align creator activity with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Managing creator and affiliate growth
- Oversee large-scale creator outreach and product seeding campaigns.
- Coordinate monthly launches, promotional campaigns and featured product priorities.
- Build strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners to encourage consistent participation and high-performing content output.
Improving and scaling marketing systems
- Identify gaps and opportunities within existing creator and affiliate programmes.
- Test, evaluate and implement new growth initiatives on an ongoing basis.
- Focus on scalable, fast-moving experimentation rather than heavily structured long‑term planning.
Managing operational execution
- Lead and coordinate external support teams responsible for campaign administration and creator operations.
- Ensure efficient product distribution, campaign delivery and creator onboarding processes.
- Develop repeatable workflows that allow successful initiatives to be scaled effectively.
Driving visibility and growth
- Contribute to large-scale brand exposure across major social media platforms.
- Prioritise and execute the highest-impact partnership opportunities based on performance data and market trends.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
