Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis on performance metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Define, develop, and execute use‑case measurements to quantify the success of the project features, including rigorous A/B testing and post‑implementation analysis to validate expected operational improvements.
- Lead the financial assessment and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, quantifying financial benefits to build compelling business cases for continued investment and rollout.
- Perform deep‑drive data analytics to transform complex system outputs into clear, digestible, and engaging stories for executive teams.
- Promote the exchange of analytical best practices and benchmarking, creating reporting synergies that standardise the measurement of the project’s impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Studies, Controlling, Economics or related areas.
- German language skills are ideal but not essential.
- Previous experience working with data analytics.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results.
- Self‑motivated and proactive with a can‑do attitude, able to work on projects and solve problems independently.
- Confident in using Google Workspace packages.
Compensation & Benefits
- £61,600 to £88,000 per annum.
- Contract: Full time temporary assignment of 8 months with potential for permanent placement and first refusal if conditions are met.
- 35 days holiday (pro rata).
