EHCP Case Coordinator: SEND & Multi-Agency Support

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a SEND Case Officer to manage and coordinate statutory Education, Health and Care assessments for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role involves working closely with families, educational settings, health, and social care partners to ensure appropriate services are provided.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing EHC plans and coordinating multi-agency efforts in support of children up to 25 years old, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
