Live In Support Worker – Bristol

Role: Live‑in, Monday–Friday 9:00–20:99. Shifts are single‑handed. Pay rate: up to £25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Providing high‑quality personal care and complex care support tailored to the client’s individual needs.
• Assisting with all activities of daily living including personal hygiene, nutrition and medication administration.
• Supporting the client to maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
• Carrying out clinical care skills as trained and directed.
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date care records.
• Communicating proactively with the client, their family and the wider care team.
• Attending handovers, team meetings and training as required.
• Adhering to ACG policies, procedures and safeguarding guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• A genuine passion for providing person‑centred care.
• The ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and a professional approach to work.
• Willingness to undertake clinical skills training.
• Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
