West Northamptonshire Council’s Education, Health and Care (EHC) Team is expanding to meet the increasing demands within the SEN sector and is seeking passionate, dedicated EHC Caseworkers to support children, young people, and their families through statutory Special Educational Needs and Disabilities processes.
You’ll work closely with professionals across education, health, and social care to create high-quality, person-centred Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that focus on positive outcomes and preparing for adulthood.

It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check. West Northamptonshire Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Reviewing EHCPs to ensure appropriate support is in place and outcomes are being met.
Chairing and attending multi‑agency meetings and EHC Annual Reviews, where appropriate.
Quality & improvement
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service development through data analysis and reporting.
