About the Role

The Principal will

• Lead the strategic direction, standards, and culture of Bottisham Village College
• Develop leadership capacity at all levels and foster collaborative working across the Trust
• Work closely with central teams (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Estates) to ensure high‑quality provision
• Engage with local governance and contribute to shaping the wider Anglian Learning strategy
• Uphold the Trust’s commitment to safeguarding and equality
