Role Overview
Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the product vision within the bank’s roadmap. Leverage banking technologies to support product strategy, gather and prioritise requirements, monitor performance, and adopt industry‑leading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and facilitate collaboration between product owners and the technical side.
- Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision, communicating with stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and define product requirements and features that are measurable, secure, and deliver business value.
- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and ensure compliance with bank performance standards.
- Stay abreast of industry technology trends and evaluate new approaches to enhance product development and delivery.
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching employees, and collaborating across functions to drive operational effectiveness.
- Identify risks, develop policies and procedures to strengthen controls, and support governance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with Agile backlogs and delivery, especially in a SAFe environment.
- Strategic technical product vision and roadmap development.
- Experience working on NLP or GenAI‑based products.
- Cross‑functional leadership and influence.
- Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
- Data analytics skills.
- GenAI / LLM knowledge and experience.
- Ability to assess risk, controls, change management, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital/technology skills.
Location
Shoreditch or Knutsford office.
