The IMS Officer at HL Display will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System to ensure continual certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Manage and update controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in line with internal and external standards.
- Coordinate and support the internal audit schedule: prepare audit plans, assist auditors, and track non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Compile and analyze performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics; assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff on IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
- Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems; experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills; good understanding of integrated management systems and audit processes; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail and proactive approach; competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Certifications (Desirable): NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
