We’re partnering with a specialist B2B consultancy that helps businesses get more value from their CRM, marketing automation and customer engagement technology to find a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Working with clients across a range of sectors, they combine strategic consultancy, implementation and ongoing support to help organisations improve customer journeys, streamline processes and drive growth.
Due to continued success, they’re looking to add a Customer Success Manager to their growing team, working with retained clients.
The Role
This is a client-facing role focused on helping retained clients maximise the value of their CRM and marketing technology investment after implementation.
You’ll become a trusted advisor to clients, supporting onboarding, training, adoption and ongoing optimisation. The role sits between account management, consultancy and customer success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping clients achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
- Deliver onboarding programmes, training sessions and workshops
- Help clients improve adoption and utilisation of CRM and marketing technology platforms
- Manage inbound support requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Keep clients informed of new functionality, features and best practices
- Work closely with internal delivery, CRM and marketing teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and has a genuine interest in helping businesses get the most from technology.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CRM Consulting or a similar client‑facing role
- Hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
- Experience onboarding, training or supporting users
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
- A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot
- Agency, consultancy or SaaS experience
- Knowledge of sales, marketing or customer service processes
- Experience delivering workshops or training sessions
What’s on Offer?
