Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of looked after children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency teams to secure the best outcomes.

Requirements
As this is a statutory role you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE
