Office Administrator Manager

What does the role involve?

The role will be responsible for managing pipeline of product training across SIG Roofing and the solar sales team. Responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling of training, leasing with suppliers and reporting of activities and sales back to the business. The primary focus will be to support the Commercial Director, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the departments. Additionally, you will compile and report on team activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and enquiry rates.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the business with key product initiatives of Solar and flat roofing team, providing guidance for contacts, products & training enquiries.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution of any issues or escalations.
  • Monitor and report on the team’s activities, KPIs, and enquiry rates.
  • Coordinate the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance to support effective sales and customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as branches.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to communicate targets, objectives, and sales-related updates.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Use of CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
