Service Design Architect – Hybrid Contract

ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking a Service Architect for a six-month contract to support Service Desk clients in London or Chippenham. This role involves delivering high-quality Service Design solutions and collaborating in a pre-sales environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in Service Design and experience with digital transformation projects. This is a hybrid position requiring one day a week on-site.
