Responsibilities
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building.
You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
- Strong proficiency in performance testing and engineering.
- Hands‑on expertise with LoadRunner, including Web, TruClient, and Web Services protocols, and extensive knowledge of web http/html and Oracle NCA LoadRunner scripting.
- Experience in performance testing of native mobile apps, mobile web, batch, and BI applications.
- Ability to independently handle end‑to‑end performance engineering activities.
- Strong communication skills for client engagement.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Forms.
- Oracle database monitoring and analysis.
- Hands‑on expertise in ELK and Science Logic monitoring tools.
- Experience with Quality Center test‑management tool.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, e‑learning, and HR modules.
