We champion a DevSecOps culture and raise the bar on how and when we deploy applications to production. Our core principals are centered around automation, testing, quality, and immutability all via code. If you are passionate about developer productivity, cloud native applications and container orchestration, this role focuses on building self‑service capabilities that improve security posture, productivity, and reduce time to market through automation.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain scalable IaaS and PaaS solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Champion an automation‑first mindset, replacing manual tasks with code‑driven solutions to reduce toil.
  • Lead the development, versioning, and lifecycle management of Terraform modules to ensure consistent deployments.
  • Utilize Packer to automate creation and maintenance of secure, compliant machine images.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless infrastructure delivery.
  • Integrate secrets management (HashiCorp Vault or cloud‑native managers) and manage identity via SAML/SSO.
  • Govern Git workflows, including branching strategies and performing rigorous peer reviews for infrastructure code.
  • Improve system reliability, observability, and performance through proactive engineering and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as networking and SREs to gather requirements and manage deliverables.
  • Manage project tracking using tools such as JIRA and Remedy, ensuring clear communication of deadlines and feasibility.
  • Provide constructive feedback and reward top performers.

Experience & Software Requirements

  • 5+ years in a 24×7 application delivery environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Perl, Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Preferred certifications: AWS, GCP, or other cloud/DevSecOps related certifications. Certified Scrum Master, Lean/Kanban, PMI‑ACP, PMP.

As an equal‑opportunity employer, we consider all potential employees without regard to any protected characteristic.
