Tiger Private is seeking a versatile IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated support to a high-profile client, their family, and a small family office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on IT support across multiple locations
- Manage Apple, Android and Microsoft devices (including Exchange)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi networks and home entertainment systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in person and remotely
- Assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Offer clear, user‑friendly technical guidance and product advice
- Support digital platforms and social media where required
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a client‑facing IT support role (private/UHNW experience beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Android, Microsoft and networking environments
- Familiarity with smart home and entertainment technologies
- Proactive, flexible and solutions‑driven with a “can‑do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, office based with out of hours support if required. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is comfortable supporting outside standard hours when needed, and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high‑quality service.
