At Marshall Motor Group, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated Reward & Data Analyst to join one of the UK’s most trusted and innovative automotive retailers. This pivotal role involves executing reward strategies that help us attract, motivate, and retain top-tier talent. You will be responsible for ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead on the development and implementation of reward and projects, programs, and policies.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long‑term reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Provide expert advice to HR and management on all reward‑related matters.
  • Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees.
  • Respond to reward‑related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual pay review process and the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and the business to ensure alignment between reward strategies and overall business goals.
  • Optimise our data hub and streamline processes performed by the HR analysts.
  • Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large‑scale environment.
  • Experience in reviewing and administering UK employee benefits programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law, reward regulations and UK employee benefits legislation.
  • Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
