Site Assistant
Location: Wallbrook Primary Academy
Salary: Band C SCP 5 – 8 £25,584 – £26,824 per annum pro rata (£6,682 – £7,005 per annum)
Hours: 10 Hours and 50 minutes per week, Term Time Only (plus training days)
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Academy as required
- Set up and pack away tables/chairs for mock and public examinations
- Switch alarms on/off as and when required
- Assist with general site activities/tasks e.g. painting, repairs, maintenance
- Set up equipment/resources as and when required e.g. for shows, events in our Sport Hall
- Follow H+S procedures to ensure site safety e.g. inclement weather
- Ensure site cleanliness e.g. empty bins, cleaning spillages
- Undergo any further training where necessary e.g. fire safety, manual handling
Requirements
All post-holders will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), including a Children’s Barred List check for post carrying out a regulated activity.
