Agriculture Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a desire to make a difference
• Experience of working in Commercial Banking or a similar entity
• Agricultural sector knowledge would be advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial credit and lending
• Experience of building effective networks and developing trusted relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of risk management with experience of ensuring own/others’ compliance with our policies and the relevant regulatory processes
