Financial Controller (Hybrid)

A leading, well-established manufacturing business in the Dungannon area is seeking a Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team.

This is a key appointment reporting directly to the Finance Director, offering full ownership of the finance function and a genuine opportunity to influence commercial performance, financial strategy, and ongoing business improvement.

The role will suit a fully qualified accountant who is ambitious, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Own cashflow management and financial modelling activities
• Oversee monthly accounts preparation and board‑level reporting
• Drive improvements across ERP systems, processes, and financial controls
• Provide commercial insight to support decision‑making and profitability
• Manage audit process, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
• Lead and develop the finance team

The Person

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong background in manufacturing or similarly fast‑paced environment
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge with strong commercial awareness
• Experience in costing, margins, and performance analysis
• Strong systems exposure (ERP and advanced Excel)
