Trainee Insurance Advisor – Tunbridge Wells – £23,000 – £25,000

Barker Munro recruitment had a great opportunity to start your career in insurance with a respected well known insurance organisation to join an 18 month structured development programme, starting within the new business Lead Generator placement before rotating through all key areas of the business.

The Role

• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Make outbound calls, send emails and engage with local businesses
• Attend networking events, shows and community activities
• Support marketing campaigns and follow up activity
• Build relationships with local organisations
• Manage activity through CRM systems
• Ensure all work meets compliance standards

You’ll then rotate through Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Claims and Customer Service to build a full understanding of agency operations.

• Confident communicator with Sales or customer service experience
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Self motivated, energetic and proactive
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Team focused with a positive attitude
