We are looking to appoint a Senior Recovery Officer. The main purpose of the post is to take effective collection and enforcement action in respect of outstanding council debt, considering relevant legislation, council policy and performance targets with the objective of providing a responsive, efficient, high quality, and customer-focused approach to maximise collection rates.
