What the job involves

• Data-informed insight generation: Leverage internal and external analytics tools to analyse user behavior and develop structured insights that shape our product roadmap

• Adoption monitoring & reporting: Create compelling dashboards and presentations that highlight user adoption trends and impact measurements

• Product discovery support: Collaborate with product managers to identify user problems and commercial opportunities through analytics and user interviews

• End-to-end metric definition: Work with software engineering teams to plan database structures for new products, ensuring crucial user actions are tracked effectively

,

• Impact goal setting: Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our products drive meaningful business outcomes
